Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026

When you use the Newsfork API or create an account, we collect the following information: your email address, API usage logs (request timestamps, endpoints called, response codes), and billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the Newsfork API service
  • Send you product updates and service notifications (you may opt out)
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

API access logs are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@newsfork.com.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Cloudflare for infrastructure, Stripe for billing) under data processing agreements. We will disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies for session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are aggregated and anonymised. See our Cookie Policy for details.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@newsfork.com.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. API keys are stored hashed. We undergo periodic security reviews and follow industry-standard practices for access control and incident response.
