Overview
Section titled “Overview”This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of API access.
Prohibited activities
Section titled “Prohibited activities”You may not use Newsfork to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the full Newsfork dataset
- Resell raw API access without a written partnership agreement
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Transmit malware, spam, or abusive automated traffic
- Misrepresent the source or accuracy of government news data
Attribution
Section titled “Attribution”Applications that display Newsfork-sourced content must clearly attribute Newsfork and, where applicable, the original publisher.
Security
Section titled “Security”You must protect API keys, rotate compromised credentials promptly, and report suspected abuse to hello@newsfork.com.
Enforcement
Section titled “Enforcement”We may investigate suspected violations, throttle or suspend access, and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
