1. Purpose
Section titled “1. Purpose”This document supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It summarizes how optional automation and AI-assisted features may rely on subprocessors, and the oversight expectations when those features are enabled for your organization.
2. Subprocessors and configuration
Section titled “2. Subprocessors and configuration”- Assisted features (semantic search, RAG Q&A, News-V scoring enrichment, MCP agent tools) may call third-party services under agreements that include confidentiality and data-protection terms appropriate for business SaaS.
- Configuration and enablement are controlled by your plan, contract, and administrator settings.
- A current list of subprocessors is available upon request or in our Data Processing Agreement.
3. Human review
Section titled “3. Human review”Users should review outputs from assisted features before relying on them for material decisions, consistent with the Terms of Service (Section 8).
AI-generated summaries, classifications, and search results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely solely on assisted outputs for compliance, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
4. Data usage
Section titled “4. Data usage”- Customer Data processed by assisted features is handled per our Privacy Policy and DPA.
- We do not use Customer Data to train third-party foundation models without the customer’s explicit consent.
- Logs reference artifact paths only; full prompts and article text are not retained in operational logs beyond what is necessary for support and security.
